Kate Bolduan is an American News anchor working for CNN as a co-anchor of CNN News Central airing weekdays from 9 am-12 pm ET. She joined the CNN news team in 2007, after previously working for WTVD-TV.

Bolduan co-anchors CNN News Central, which airs daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET. She used to be the anchor and host of CNN’s “At This Hour,” where she told viewers about important events happening in real-time, gave smart analysis of hot topics, and interviewed important people in politics and other fields that made the news.
Besides that, Bolduan was the host of State of America on CNN International and worked with Wolf Blitzer to co-anchor New Day and The Situation Room. She also led coverage of other Supreme Court cases, such as McDonald v. City of Chicago, which was about gun rights in Chicago, and Salazar v. Buono, which was about religious freedom, the death penalty, violent video games, and campaign finance.
Bolduan started working for CNN in 2007 as a national reporter for CNN Newsource. He covered breaking news and wrote feature stories for more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. Bolduan worked for Newsource and covered major news stories all over the United States, including the 2008 presidential election. Bolduan was a general assignment reporter for WTVD-TV in Raleigh, N.C., before he joined CNN Newsource. As a production helper for NBC News and MSNBC in Washington, D.C., she got her start in the TV business. Bolduan earned from The George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
