Webb attended Jesuit College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Here he graduated Alma Mater with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism. Currently, he serves as a columnist for The Hill Newspaper, based at the Washington D.C. Metro Area office since February 2014. Initially, his professional journey began as an Air Personality at Clear Channel Broadcasting, where he was employed from December 2005 to January 2007. In the aforementioned period, he played a key role as a primary fill-in for morning and afternoon shifts on a weekend show. Subsequently, he transitioned to the position of Media Consultant at the Coalition For A Secure Driver’s License, where he remained employed until June 2008. In this role, his responsibilities included providing testimony at public and legislative hearings.
Additionally, he took on the role of public relations outreach for CSDL, functioning as an advocate for the group. Following that, he assumed the role of Senior VP of Operations and New Business Development at the American Tailgaters Association. Here, he was engaged from August 2008 to December 2009. Subsequent to his tenure with the American Tailgaters Association, he took on the role of host for the TV show “The Grinder” at AM 970 New York City. This position spanned from July 2009 to November 2010. “The Grinder” was a business talk show broadcast on AM 970 The Apple in New York City, airing on Sundays from 11 am to noon EST. Moreover, he served as the Executive Producer and Producer at Fox Trail Productions, Inc., a position he has held since November 2006.
In this capacity, he oversaw the financing and creative development of feature films, TV, and DVD projects tailored for both domestic and foreign markets. Continuing his multifaceted career, he has been the host of The David Webb Show at SiriusXM Patriot since February 2008. This live, call-in show features his analysis and commentary on breaking news, along with interviews with community leaders, newsmakers, and various notable guests.
In addition to his role at SiriusXM Patriot, he has been a consistent contributor to Fox News Channel since August 2013, maintaining his position as a Political and News Analyst. Furthermore, since January 2014, Webb has served as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Reclaim New York. He has also been awarded and recognised with awards in his career like; The Person of The Year Award by Time Magazine in 2011. In addition to that, he also received the Media Excellence Award from The Police Forces, USA in 2015.
