Todd Piro is an American television personality working for Fox News and Fox Business as a co-host and contributor. He joined Fox News and Fox Business in June 2017, after previously working for WVIT-TV.
Piro received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law after graduating with honors from Dartmouth College with a magna cum laude. Together with Carley Shimkus, Piro co-hosts FOX & Friends First weekdays from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. Additionally, he often contributes to several Fox News and Fox Business programs, including Outnumbered, Varney & Co., Gutfeld!, and FOX & Friends.
Before coming to FNC, Piro worked as a guest anchor for a number of NBC platforms, including Early Today, First Look, and The Place for Politics, in addition to serving as the weekday morning host for NBC Connecticut Today on WVIT-TV. He has covered some of the most well-known national news issues over his career in journalism, such as Hurricane Sandy, the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting, and the 2020 presidential election. Prior to joining CBS, Piro worked as a morning anchor at Palm Springs, California’s KPSP Local 2 News. He worked at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in Los Angeles as an attorney for five years prior to starting a career in television.
