Douglas Kennedy is an American anchor and reporter working for FOX News Channel as a correspondent. He joined the FOX News Channel team in 1996, after previously working for The New York Post.

Kennedy started his career as a print journalist with The Nantucket Beacon and later The New York Post after graduating from Georgetown Preparatory School and Brown University. Kennedy broke several other healthcare and metro area stories while working as an investigative writer for the Post. He also managed to get the first interview with the police officer who detained Timothy McVeigh, the suspect in the Oklahoma City bombing.
Kennedy gave an intimate glimpse into the lives of some of the more than 16,000 international volunteers—two of whom were from the New York Tri-State region—who volunteered to support Ukraine after the Russian invasion of 2022.
He had previously shown an interview with a refugee who, after ten years of aiding the U.S. troops in disarming IEDs, was able to escape Afghanistan with his family. Kennedy also provided updates on Superstorm Sandy’s aftermath from Staten Island, New York.
