Martha MacCallum is an American anchor and reporter working for FOX News as an anchor and executive editor. She joined the FOX News team in January 2004, after previously working for WBIS-TV.

MacCallum received a Bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Lawrence University. MacCallum currently serves as the anchor and executive editor of The Story with Martha MacCallum which airs on weekdays, at 3 p.m. The program. She co-hosted a one-hour debate between Ohio Senate contenders JD Vance and Tim Ryan, MacCallum co-anchored FNC’s coverage of the 2022 Midterm elections. This was MacCallum’s first one-on-one interview after being detained and leaving the campaign. Additionally, MacCallum provided anchoring for the funeral of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. MacCallum co-anchored FNC’s coverage of President Donald Trump’s impeachment proceedings in December 2019, which outperformed all other broadcast and cable news. According to Nielsen Media Research, MacCallum also assisted in leading coverage of the 2018 election, which was the highest-rated midterm election coverage in cable news history in terms of total viewers, surpassing both broadcast and cable news.
She was granted an exclusive joint interview earlier that year with Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who was then the nominee for the Supreme Court, and his spouse Ashley Estes Kavanaugh. In the interview, Judge Kavanaugh addressed the numerous accusations of sexual misconduct against MacCallum, for which he was widely recognized. In the 2016 election season, MacCallum co-anchored two Republican presidential primary debates in Des Moines, Iowa, and Cleveland, Ohio, with anchor Bill Hemmer. The latter event drew 6.1 million people, with 1.2 million of those viewers falling into the critical 25–54 demographic. She has covered several State of the Union speeches and the 75th anniversary of D-Day, and early in her career, she was the main reporter on exit poll data and important voting trends as part of the network’s political team.

From 1997 until 2003, MacCallum worked for NBC in a number of capacities before joining the network. She co-anchored CNBC’s Morning Call alongside Ted David and Martha MacCallum. She also served as the anchor of CNBC’s Checkpoint, a nighttime news program that covered the war in Iraq and the fight against terrorism. In addition to being a regular contributor to NBC’s Today, CNBC World, and The News with Brian Williams, MacCallum also developed the Inside the Business series for CNBC’s Business Center. MacCallum won the American Women in Radio and Television award in 1997 and 2003 for her reporting.
In 1996, MacCallum worked as an anchor and reporter for New York’s WBIS-TV (ION-31), a sports and business network, before coming to work at CNBC. She anchors The Wall Street Journal Report, World Market Outlook, and Business USA while working as a business correspondent for Wall Street Journal Television from 1991 until 1996. She started out working for Corporate Finance magazine as a reporter. Moreover, MacCallum is the author of the New York Times best-seller, Unknown Valor: A Story of Family, Courage, and Sacrifice from Pearl Harbor to Iwo Jima.
