Lauren Wood is an American anchor who is currently working at WDTN. She served as the morning co-anchor alongside John Seibel and meteorologist Jamie Jarosik.

Previously, she worked at WDTN’s sister station in Youngstown where she served as a morning anchor before she relocated to Dayton in 2017. She has resided in Ohio and worked in a number of parts of the state. In addition, despite the fact that Gallipolis is her native home, her roots are in the Miami Valley.

Furthermore, she began her career while she was still in college at Ohio State. She worked at 2 NEWS sister stations, WCMH where she served as a producer. Later on, she joined WSAZ, in southeast Ohio where she served as an anchor and reporter. In 2013, she relocated to northeast Ohio where she served at WKBN in Youngstown serving as an anchor for a period of four years.
