Albert was charged on February 23, 1999, with one count of conspiracy, four charges of tax evasion, and twenty-eight counts of filing a false tax return for concealing more than $1 million in personal income, from 1988 to 1997 under the guise of business expenses. In reaction to the accusations, Pirro and her husband showed up for a press conference that day, when they criticized the inquiry as “invasive and hostile.” A jury returned a guilty verdict on June 23, 2000, on 23 of the accusations leveled against Pirro’s husband. Jeanine Pirro House
Pirro is selling her custom-built Harrison home for $4.995 million. Coldwell Banker realtor Michele Flood of the Rye office has listed the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Italianate mansion at 3 Beechwood Circle. The lavish mansion with lots of marble is expected to pay $59,273 in taxes each year. The MLS listing states that the brick home was constructed in 1988. The house was constructed for Jeanine and her ex-husband, Al, at a cost of $425,000. With 12 rooms, an open floor plan, and 7,882 square feet of internal living area, the house is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac. There are two family rooms, one including a marble fireplace, and a library with wood paneling that also has a fireplace.
With an incredible 1980s design, Palladian doors that reach the ceiling and marble floors may be found in the living room. The master bathroom on the second floor features an abundance of marble. The master bedroom and the other four bedrooms on the second floor have French doors that lead to outdoor terraces. The 1.48-acre lot has an in-ground pool, a pool house with a bar and a full bathroom, landscaped grounds, an electronic gate, and a circular driveway as outdoor features. In addition, there is also a cigar hut that Jeanine had built for Al and his companions.

A peek into Donald Trump’s presidency and the politics underlying the anti-Trump movement can be found in Pirro’s 2018 book Liars, Leakers, and Liberals: The Case Against the Anti-Trump Conspiracy. Carlos Lozada, a book critic for the Washington Post, called the book “sycophantic” and “gushing” in his praise of Trump.
