Brandon Gunnoe Biography
Brandon Gunnoe is an American anchor working at 7News where he serves as the anchor of Today in New England morning newscast that airs from 5 am to 10 am and the Noon newscast alongside Amaka Ubaka. In addition, he joined the 7News team in 2012.
Brandon has been serving as a broadcast journalist for over 20 years. Before he joined the 7 NEWS tea, he worked in Tucson, Arizona at KVOA-TV where he served as a morning anchor and reporter. While he worked at KVOA-TV, he reported extensively on Rep. Gabrielle Giffords’s shooting. He also went undercover to do a story that exposed the sale of guns without background checks at gun shows.
In addition, he has also worked at WBBH-TV/WZVN-TV in Fort Myers, Florida where he served as a weekend morning and evening anchor. Gunnoe started his career in his hometown station in Huntington-Charleston, WV. He attended Marshall University in West Virginia where he graduated proudly. Furthermore, he also completed an American Government course at Harvard University’s Kennedy School
