Adam Krueger is an American anchor and reporter working for KMTV 3 as a sports director. He joined the KMTV 3 news team in August 2016, after previously working for CBS.
Krueger is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Since August of 2016, Krueger has served as 3 News Now’s Sports Director. During that period, he covered the College World Series, several NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournaments, the NCAA Volleyball Final Fours, the Scott Frost era, and Matt Rhule’s hiring. Before joining KMTV, Krueger worked as the weekend sports anchor and reporter for CBS in Lincoln, covering the Huskers for more than four years. Along with many other significant stories in NU & high school athletics, he covered the firing of Bo Pelini and the hiring of Tim Miles. Krueger loves sharing the gripping human interest sports stories with the community because he is so passionate about the local sports scene.
