Caitlin Lockerbie is an American anchor and reporter working for 10 Tampa Bay as a Brightside Anchor on weekdays from 4:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. She joined the 10 Tampa Bay news team in June 2019, after previously working for Local 24 News.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Lockerbie graduated from The Stony Brook School. From there, she went to the University of Alabama where she earned an honors degree in Broadcast Journalism and graduated a semester early to begin reporting. At the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Lockerbie began her career in broadcast journalism as a WVUA employee. After that, she worked as an intern for the summers at WTVD in Durham, North Carolina, News 12 Long Island, and Fox News’ “On the Record” with Greta Van Susteren.
She first relocated to Greensboro, then to Raleigh, North Carolina, where she worked as a producer and reporter for News 14 Carolina (now Spectrum), before moving even further south of the state to Charlotte. Lockerbie co-founded and served as host of Fox 46 Charlotte’s Saturday morning newscast in 2014. She left the Carolinas in May 2016 and moved to Beale Street, co-hosting WATN’s weekday morning shows Midday and Good Day Memphis. In the past, she worked as a reporter at WVUA-TV, as well as an intern at FOX News Channel.
