Terrance Friday is an American anchor and reporter who is currently working at CBS Detroit where he serves as a noon and 4 pm anchor. He joined the CBS Detroit team in 2023, after previously working at FOX 4 where he was a weekend morning anchor on Good Day newscast.
Friday attended Tougaloo College which is a private, Christian-based, historically black college in Jackson, Mississippi where he graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism.
Friday is currently working at FOX 4 where he serves as a weekend morning anchor. He was brought up in Minneapolis and he was able to secure his first job at WABG-TV in Greenville, Mississippi later he was able to secure his second job in Biloxi. In addition, while he was working in Biloxi, he covered the devastation left by Hurricane Katrina, and also got the opportunity to work with a sister station in Birmingham, Alabama.
