Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield is an American anchor and reporter working for WCCO-TV as the host of the Sunday mornings newscast. She joined the WCCO-TV team in 2013.
While traveling as a journalist, she enjoys meeting people from Minnesota and all over the United States. As she visited her longtime friend and WCCO reporter, Heather Brown she realized that the city has great people. Littlefield set her mind on becoming a journalist while she was in the fourth grade. She then attended the University of Georgia’s School of Journalism where she studied broadcast journalism. In addition, while she was there, she assisted in producing the Peabody Awards in New York City and she studied in Rome Italy.
Susan-Elizabeth began her career in journalism at KRON in San Francisco where she was an intern, Later on, she joined Teach for America and she taught first grade in under-served schools in Texas and Houston. Littlefield then came back to journalism and worked in Columbus, Georgia where she served as a weather forecaster and reporter. In addition, she worked at WIS-TV in Columbia, South Carolina where she served as an evening anchor and reporter not long ago.
During Susan-Elizabeth’s free time, she enjoys spending ample time with her family who reside in Tyrone, Georgia, eating fried okra, exploring the Twin Cities, trying restaurants in the Twin Cities, running, exploring new places, and playing fantasy football.
