Sue Palka is an American six-time Emmy award-winning meteorologist who is currently working at FOX 5 DC. She has been serving as the morning meteorologist on FOX 5 DC since 1985.
She was born and brought up in Erie, Pennsylvania with her family. Previously, he served at WTVR in Richmond before she joined the FOX 5 news TEAM in 1985.
She has covered a number of hurricanes, tornadoes, total eclipses of the sun in Curacao, earthquakes, Derechos, and the polar vortex. Furthermore, there has been many live shots such as the Presidential Lighting of the National Christmas Tree, riding in a hot air balloon, paddle-boating in the Tidal Basin, and for a few years when my girls were younger, Halloween at my house.
