Steve Paulson Biography
Steve Paulson is an American meteorologist who is currently working at KTVU. He serves as the weekday morning meteorologist at 4 am. In addition, he joined the KTVU team in July 2000.
He has worked at KTVU-FOX 2 News for twenty years as a morning weatherman. He worked at KHSL for two years and later left to work at KFTY in Santa Rosa where he learned about Bay Area weather. From 1993 to 1994, he transitioned into an on-air host with the old SportsChannel doing San Jose Sharks hockey. In addition, while he was in Monterey for three years, he was helicoptered in when all roads in and out of Monterey were flooded.
Furthermore, he has worked at KPIX-Channel 5 in San Francisco and later worked at WBBM-Channel 2 in Chicago. He has also worked at KMGH Denver where he served as a chief meteorologist. During his leisure time, he enjoys scanning the sky for clouds, naturally, writing eBooks, watching classic movies, riding his mountain bike, hiking, going to concerts, and exploring the new restaurant scene.
