Stephanie Lin is an American award-winning news anchor working for KRON 4 as a morning anchor from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. She joined the KRON 4 news team in 2022, after previously working for KCRA 3 & My58 TV.

The Silicon Valley native graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and started her news career in Taiwan at TTV, a 24-hour cable news channel. Lin serves as the anchor of the Weekend Morning newscasts and KRONon, the station’s 24/7 streaming service, where she covers live breaking news. Before coming to KRON 4, Stephanie worked as an anchor and reporter for Sacramento, California’s KCRA 3, an NBC affiliate.
There, she oversaw the station’s coverage of the large-scale protests brought on by George Floyd’s passing. Her reporting brought viewers to the scene of several devastating wildfires raging throughout the state, such as the Caldor Fire, which resulted in the evacuation of the Lake Tahoe region.
