Arias earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Fullerton. Shaira began working for NBC10 and Telemundo 62 in February 2020. She likes interacting with her viewers and hearing about their experiences. Building a bridge between Spanish- and English-speaking viewers is something that she is passionate about as a bilingual reporter.
