Se Kwon is a South Korea-born American-based anchor and reporter working for FOX 9 as a morning news anchor and reporter. She joined the FOX 9 team in February 2023, after previously working for WDAY.

Kwon was born in South Korea and she attended Blaine High School where he graduated in 2018. While in high school, she played golf and volleyball while ranking in dual enrollment credits at a close-by community college. She then joined the University of North Dakota where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in communication in 2020.

In addition, Se spent two and a half years in Fargo, North Dakota while working at WDAY. In addition, while she worked at WDAY, the better part of her time was spent as a morning anchor. Kwon also took up other roles such as; production, reporting (especially in blizzards or breaking news), and assisting her team in winning an Emmy in 2022.
