Scott Levin is an American multiple Emmy award-winning anchor working for WGRZ-TV as the 5, 6, 10 & 11 o’clock news anchor. He joined the WGRZ-TV team in the fall of 1998, after previously working for WWBT-TV as a noon news anchor.

Levin was brought up in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts, and attended Wayland, H.S., where he graduated. Later on, Scott joined Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York., where he attained his Bachelor of Science. Prior to starting a career in journalism, Scott was in the business world where he worked for 10 years successfully in New York City and Virginia after having graduated from Skidmore College.
Scott secured his first journalism job at KNDO-TV where he was a “one-man band” reporting, writing, anchoring, shooting, and editing during the evening newscast. After working at KNDO-TV, he returned to Virginia, where he worked for WWBT-TV, which is the leading news station in Central Virginia. In addition, while Scott worked for WWBT-TV, he was a morning and noon anchor for a period of 5 years. He then relocated to Buffalo, New York, where he landed a job at WGRZ-TV, as the evening news anchor. While he was there, he contributed to making the station’s overall news leader in the Western NY market.
After five years Levin relocated to Buffalo, New York where he became the evening news anchor at WGRZ-TV where he contributed to making the station the overall news leader in the Western New York market. In addition, Levin has also won a prestigious Edward R. Murrow award. Furthermore, Scott can be found at local charity events as he loves to give back to the local society. During his spare time, he enjoys listening to Christian music, reading, and spending time with his family.
