Scott Fisher is an American meteorologist working for FOX 7 Austin as the chief meteorologist seen on weekdays at 5, 6, 9, and 10 p.m.

Ever since Fisher joined the FOX 7 Weather Team, the Texas Associated Broadcasters has awarded him the region’s BEST WEATHERCAST three times. He attended Mississippi State University where he earned a degree in Geoscience/Meteorology. In addition, Scott is also a state-licensed public school teacher in both New York and Texas. He also gives forecasts on a daily basis on BOB-FM Radio.

During his downtime, he enjoys traveling the country in search of visiting each and every Major League Baseball stadium. Furthermore, he has also coached middle and high school baseball and also Little League in Virginia, New York, Texas, and Washington. He is proud to have a former Little Leaguer who is a Major League pitcher.
