Sally MacDonald is an American Emmy award-winning reporter and anchor working for FOX 26 as a weekday morning anchor.
For MacDonald’s coverage of Hurricane Ike, she was awarded by The Lone Star EMMY Chapter. She has also been honored by the Texas Associated Press for her work during Hurricane Rita and the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster. Together with FOX 26, she produced a series of in-depth reports on human trafficking in 2012, and their reports received nationwide attention.
Sally attended The Woodlands High School where she earned a high school diploma. While she was there, she was a member of the state-champion Woodlands Swim Team. She later attended college at Arizona State University and while she was there, she also swam. In addition, Sally was also an academic All-American water polo player and a beneficiary of the Wings of Gold Student-Athlete Award.
