Ryan Kath is an American sixteen-time regional Emmy award-winning investigative reporter who is currently working at WBTS.

He is reputable for uncovering problems, prompting positive changes in communities, holding public officials accountable, protecting consumers, and exposing taxpayer waste. Previously, he worked at WBZ-TV where he served as an I-Team correspondent since March 2015. While he worked at WBZ-TV, he was awarded thirteen Emmy nominations and recently earned a regional Murrow Award for investigative reporting. Furthermore, he also worked at KSHB-TV in Kansas City for a period of eighteen years. Additionally, when he joined the NBC10 Boston team he served as a morning reporter, and in September 2010, he was promoted to the investigative team.
In addition, he started his journalism career at KTTC-TV, where he covered the Mayo Clinic, City Hall, and high school sports in Rochester, Minnesota. Furthermore, he attended Boston University’s College of Communication where he graduated in 2004 with a master’s degree in broadcast journalism.
