Rashi Vats Biography
Rashi Vats is an American anchor working for FOX 26 as an evening anchor alongside Jonathan Martin. She joined the FOX 26 news team in August 2013.
Houston is Rashi’s native home and she attended Texas Christian University where she graduated proudly. Prior to joining FOX News, Vats worked at the CBS affiliate in Bryan/College Station and while she was at the station, she served as the weekend anchor and reporter for two years. In addition, she has also worked at KXII in Sherman, Texas, KZTV in Corpus Christi, and KRIS where she served as a reporter.
Rashi worked at CBS Evening News in New York and while she was there, she was selected for the International Radio and Television Society (IRTS) 2007 Summer Fellow. Prior to relocating to New York City, she interned overseas at the CBS London Bureau. Furthermore, Vats has served as a master of ceremonies and supported many benefits and fundraisers. A number of the fundraisers she has supported include; India House, Texas Liver Foundation, Indo-American Charity Foundation, Literacy Now, and Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
