Real Housewives of New Jersey

Rachel and Melissa forged a friendship when Melissa’s son, Gino, and Rachel’s stepson, Jaiden, developed a close bond at school. Upon entering Jaiden’s life, Rachel assumed the role of a maternal figure, and she attributes Jaiden with opening her heart in ways she hadn’t anticipated. Despite facing considerable stress and navigating challenges beyond what many 30-year-old women typically encounter, Rachel gravitates towards friendships with older individuals who can relate to her experiences.

One such connection was formed with Brittany, who happens to be Frank’s girlfriend. Their friendship blossomed at the gym, where both women were undergoing training supervised by Frank. This shared pursuit of fitness became the foundation for their camaraderie.

Rachel Fuda Adopting Step-son

The teenager’s biological mother, Brittany Malsch, currently serving time in a halfway house in New Jersey, is now expressing her thoughts for the second time. Last month, she asserted to The U.S. Sun that her former partner, John, prohibited her from visiting Jaiden. When questioned about her response to the adoption papers that were reportedly served to her, as per the episode indicating a 45-day timeframe for a response, Brittany shared exclusively with The U.S. Sun, stating, “I never received an adoption request. I never heard anything about it.” Additionally, she mentioned that she has “no idea” about the location where the papers were served or the current status of the adoption process.

Should she choose to sign the adoption papers, Brittany would be legally relinquishing her rights as Jaiden’s mother, a decision she adamantly opposes. She informed The U.S. Sun that upon her release from prison, she intends to hire an attorney to address this matter. Expressing her dissatisfaction with the adoption storyline, the 35-year-old Brittany described it as a “poor, pathetic excuse of a storyline” and deemed their plot “boring as hell.”

After watching the May 2nd episode while at her halfway house, she exclusively told The U.S. Sun that if she were a detached viewer, she would perceive the stepmother’s actions as neglectful of Jaiden’s personal life and feelings, while also criticizing Brittany for portraying herself as a virtuous stepmother. Brittany and John dated for four years, and were engaged for two of those years, before they broke up in 2009. The Fuda Tile manager was officially granted sole custody of Jaiden in June 2011 by a New Jersey judge, The U.S. Sun reported.
