Najahe Sherman is an American anchor and reporter working for CBS News Miami as a weekday 5:30 p.m. anchor and 11:00 p.m. reporter. She also serves as the primary fill-in anchor for news at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 11 p.m. In addition, Sherman joined the CBS4 Miami team in July 2022, after previously working for BNC.
Sherman attended The University of Kansas where she studied at its William Allen White School of Journalism & Mass Communications and earned a Bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. She is very active in the community and has served as an emcee and host for a number of organizations. She has also raised over half a million dollars for non-profit groups in north Alabama such as the Women’s Economic Development Council and Stars Dancing for HEALS. In addition, Sherman has volunteered at Boys and Girls Clubs in Louisiana and served as a youth mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization.
