Mike Warren is an American anchor and reporter working for FOX 7 a weekday evening anchor and reporter at 5 pm, 6 pm, and 10 pm. He joined the FOX 7 news team in 2004.

Warren started his broadcasting career while he attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he was part of the college radio station. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University. After having graduated, Mike did not get into broadcasting, he instead resided in Europe where he worked in financial sales in San Francisco for a year.

In addition, Warren then returned to broadcasting at KRNV in Reno, Nevada where he served as a reporter. Later on, he worked in Monterey, California where he worked for KMST. Furthermore, Mike has also worked at KTUL in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he served as the morning news anchor before he later relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where he worked at KTVK as an anchor and reporter.

Mike’s family has a long-standing military tradition thus one of his primary callings is a commitment to the United States Military and Veterans. He led the FOX 7 Care Force, which was aimed at assisting veterans and active duty military in their transitions back to civilian life. In recognition of Warren’s ongoing effort to assist Texas veterans, the Texas Veterans Commission awarded him with a media award in 2013.
