Mike Cugno Biography

Mike Cugno is an American sports anchor and reporter working for CBS4 Miami as a weekly sports anchor and as the host of Dolphins Weekly Live. He joined the CBS Miami team in October 2014, as a producer, reporter, and sports anchor 

Miami is his native home and he attended Miami’s Christopher Columbus High School where he graduated proudly. Later on, he joined Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in Business. After graduating, he joined NBC 6 South Florida where he served as an Associate Sports Producer. In addition, for three years, Mike worked at WTVJ where he covered local sports and did feature stories for the newscast as well as their program “Sports Final.” Furthermore, he has always been passionate about all of South Florida’s sports teams inclusive; the Panthers, Hurricanes, Marlins, Dolphins, and Heat.
