Michael Stuhlbarg Bones And All

When Stuhlbarg shows up as Jake for the first time, he says that he knows more about Lee than he is saying. In a strong resemblance to George Romero’s 1968 classic Night of the Living Dead, Jake shows up on the side of a field dressed as a farmer. There are more similarities than just that; Lee is slowly becoming aware that both Jake and his partner, Brad (David Gordon Green), like to eat.

This movie’s great script by David Kajganich does a great job of avoiding talking about these “flesh eaters” and how they see themselves. This movie by Stuhlbarg shows how hard it is for these cannibals to tell other people who they are; if they tell the wrong person, they might be seen as a threat. Lee, Maren, Jake, and Brad all sit around and talk while a fire burns. The younger couple starts to notice that their new friends aren’t a normal couple, even by cannibal standards.

Stuhlbarg is so enticing in this role that it seems like Jake has been waiting a long time to tell another young couple this secret. When Maren responds with disgust, it forces her to deal with the problems she’s been having with Lee. She is afraid of turning into the monster her father thought she was, and she is mad at Lee for eating a family member.

Stuhlbarg plays the role of Nicodemus West in the film Doctor Strange. Nicodemus West was born with heterochromia and learned and worked as a doctor and surgeon for most of his life. He had admired Dr. Stephen Strange for a long time and was happy to be able to help him fix his hands after the terrible accident. West was not able to fix Strange’s nerves of the hand.

Strange led him to Kamar-Taj, where he too started to learn from the Ancient One. West quits his training early because he thinks he can fix everyone with his new skills, but because he is still learning, he kills a cancer patient by accident. He finally gets the job as CEO of Timely Pharmaceuticals, but they tell him they won’t let him use magic again. He finally tells Strange who he is when he steals a special elixir that could hurt Timely Pharmaceuticals’ business.

They use their magic to fight, but Strange easily beats West. West dies when he loses his strength for a short time and falls off the Pharmaceuticals building. In the live-action Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Doctor Strange and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), Nicodemus “Nic” West can be seen. This version is a disputing surgeon to Dr. Stephen Strange who is just there to make things fun and isn’t trying to do anything bad.
