Matt Noyes is an American meteorologist who is currently working at NBC 10 Boston. He serves as the chief meteorologist at the station and broadcasts weather on weekday mornings from 4 am to 9 am. In addition, he joined the NBC 10 Boston and NECN news team in 2002.

Haverhill, Massachusetts is his native home and he attended Cornell University and Phillips Academy Andover where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology. Furthermore, he is a member of both the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society.
He has also been an instructor of meteorology at the college level, and over his career has shared his weather knowledge and enthusiasm with over 120,000 students of all ages. Additionally, while working at NECN, his devotion to the region’s schools brought a commendation from the Massachusetts State Senate, and he has delivered those same efforts on-air, through his weathercasts, reports, and interactive viewer segments.
Furthermore, his community work has earned him a number of awards for his dedication to local municipalities and organizations. He has also earned the Massachusetts State Police Public Service Award for assisting in preparation for a major hurricane strike to New England. Prior to also providing his services to the state police for street-level weather forecasting and analysis during the Democratic National Convention in 2004, and his efforts to raise awareness for military veterans and families earned him the Patriot Award from the Ahern Charitable Foundation.
