Matt DeLucia is an American meteorologist working for NBC10 as a weekday morning reporter. He joined the NBC10 news team in 2013 after previously working for KVVU.
Growing up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Matt attended Camden Catholic High School and La Salle University for his bachelor’s degree in communication. He also has a weather forecasting certificate from Penn State and an MBA from Villanova University with a specialization in analytics, marketing, and strategic management.
When Matt first started working for NBC10 in 2013, he covered some of the most significant topics in the Philadelphia area, such as the 2015 Amtrak train derailment, the papal visit, and the several championship runs by Philadelphia’s sports teams. In previous years, Matt worked as an anchor and reporter for KVVU in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also worked for the defunct New Jersey Network and spent time in Massachusetts and Maryland.
Matt has been employed by NBC since 2006, when he worked as a production assistant in Torino, Italy, during the Olympic Games.
