Cedeno started modeling and took on jobs in Milan, Madrid, New York, and Los Angeles. He balanced this career with his studies until he completed his education. From 1999 to 2005, Cedeño portrayed Brandon Walker in the NBC daytime soap series Days of Our Lives, for which he is well-known.
