Originally, Hoover was supposed to kill Nazi Command and provide evidence against Smith at the same conference, putting the two men in charge of the Nazi empire. But after speaking with Smith, Goertzmann had second thoughts and now supports Smith. Goertzmann attends the planning conference when Smith is called to Berlin to be ready for the invasion of western North America. Goertzmann kills General Adolf Eichmann and other members of the Nazi High Command off-screen as part of an earlier agreement while Smith is killing Himmler in his private office.
