Lexie O’Connor is an American meteorologist working for WBZ-TV since 2022, after previously working for Portland’s CBS.
Holden is where O’Connor was born and brought up, she attended Wachusett High School where she graduated with a high school diploma. Later on, she joined Boston University where she graduated with a major in Broadcast Journalism in 2011. After having graduated, Lexie began her career at WKTV in Utica, New York where she served as a reporter for a year. Later on, she joined WGME in Portland, Maine where she served as a morning meteorologist and multimedia journalist.
Lexie worked at WGME for almost 11 years. O’Connor completed the Mississippi State’s Broadcast Meteorology program while reporting and forecasting in Portland and after that, she became a meteorologist. Ever since, for O’Connor’s work as a meteorologist in both the studio and out in the field received an Emmy nomination. In addition, she has also worked for Fox’s morning show Good Day Maine and also served as a forecaster. During her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach in the summer, skiing, and exploring new places around New England with her husband and young daughter.
