Katy is tied up and put into one of four groups. A rural route takes her and the other prisoners of war to the Hilltop. On the way, a group of walkers falls down a hill and attacks the Saviors and militia. A chain gang runs away in the chaos. Katy tells the Saviors in her chain gang to follow them and tries to run away, but Alden trips her up to help the chain gang getaway. They can’t get away, so they are caught and put back into custody. When they get to the Hilltop, they are let inside and put in two trailers in the back of the town.
Katy is one of the Saviors who have been caught and is sitting outside the Hilltop while Maggie and the others talk about what will happen to them. After the chaos, the rest of the Saviors get off the Hilltop. He later finds Katy turned into a zombie and kills her when he checks on the prisoners.
