Justine Waldman is an American anchor working for KRON4 as an evening anchor at 3 p.m. She joined the KRON4 news team in 2011, after previously working for WHDH.
Waldman is a proud graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Since joining KRON4 in 2011, she has covered a ton of amazing stories in the Bay Area and beyond. The opening and closing of the new Bay Bridge span, the devastating wildfires in the North Bay, the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the hours-long live coverage of the January 6th Insurrection, and hosting KRON4’s New Year’s Live! are among the most memorable moments from the sidelines during Super Bowl 50 when the San Francisco Bat Kid saved the city!
Waldman also served as the Weekend Evening anchor for nearly seven years, during which time she assisted in the introduction of the new Prime Time shows at six, nine, and ten o’clock. Prior to joining KRON4, Waldman worked as an anchor and reporter at WKTV in Utica, New York, WFTX in Fort Myers, Florida, WHDH in Boston, and WCAU in Philadelphia.
