Justin Farmer is an American Emmy award-winning anchor working for WSB as a weekday evening anchor at 4 pm and 6 pm. He joined the WSB team in February 2008, after previously working for WFAA.

Atlanta is where Farmer was born and brought up and he attended Darlington School in Rome, Georgia where he graduated in 1987. He then joined Boston College where he earned a degree in political science in 1991. In addition to serving as a weeknight anchor at WSB-TV, he moderates political debates and works on special assignments like a trip to the White House for a one-on-one sit-down interview with President Barack Obama.

Furthermore, Justin has traveled overseas with three different Georgia Governors while covering stories from the U.S.-Mexico border, Panama, and Cuba. Before joining WSB-TV, he worked in Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City, Denver, and Dallas. He is also an active supporter of a number of local entities like Chattahoochee River Keeper and Gigi’s Playhouse. During Farmer’s spare time, he can be found at a ball game, on a boat, and spending ample time with his children.
