Julia Bagg is an American reporter working for NBC6 as a bilingual reporter. She joined the NBC 6 news team in January 2017.
Bagg has covered international stories such as the Olympic Games in Russia and political milestones in Cuba. She attended South Miami Senior High where she earned a high school diploma. While still in high school, Julia began her career at NBC6 where she served as a Junior Broadcaster. Later on, Bagg joined the University of Florida where she graduated with degrees in economics and broadcasting, and a minor in Spanish. In addition, she also attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a master’s degree in political science. The better part of Julia’s studies was at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid where she resided and witnessed the 2004 bombed.
