Josh Landon is an American anchor and reporter working for FOX 2 as a weekly anchor and reporter. He joined the FOX 2 team in November 2015, after previously working for CBS 58.

Landon was born in Detroit and brought up on the City’s east side. He attended Denby High School where he graduated with a diploma in 2002, and then joined Eastern Michigan University where he earned a degree in broadcast journalism in 2006. Josh later began his broadcasting career as a reporter in Lansing, Michigan. In addition, he also worked in Florida, Virginia, and Wisconsin, and lastly, he is now in Detroit.

When he was 19 years old, was when he discovered his path in broadcasting journalism while he was a sophomore at Eastern Michigan University as a secondary education major. In 2004, he interned at WXYZ-TV for four months before later relocating to the Lansing, Michigan area where he worked for WLNS first as a newsroom assistant and later as a news reporter.

In addition, Josh has also worked for WDIV-TV as an associate producer for 8 months. He then relocated to Fort Myers, Florida where he worked for a period of 1 year as a reporter before later working at NBC 6 Fort Myers, Florida as a freelance reporter for seven months. Furthermore, Landon has also worked for WRIC in Richmond, Virginia as an anchor and reporter and also worked at WDJT also as an anchor and reporter.
