Jessica Crawford is an American anchor and reporter who is currently working at Denver7. She joined the Denver7 team in February 2022, as a weekend anchor. In addition, she is also a Texas attorney.
Texas is her native home and she began her career at t KFDM in Beaumont, Texas where she served as an anchor and reporter. She has reported on a wide range of topics throughout her time in Southeast Texas inclusive of the Santa Fe High School shooting and Hurricane Harvey.
Not long ago, she joined the KAKE in Wichita, Kan team where she also serves as an anchor and reporter. While she worked at KAKE, she helped launch the Know Your Rights segment. The Know Your Rights segment assists Kansans navigate the legalities of a number of issues they faced from vaccine mandates to religious discrimination.
In 2014, she graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Communications and Spanish. Additionally, she has also attended South Texas College of Law Houston where she graduated in 2019 and passed the Texas Bar Exam the same year.
During her leisure time, she enjoys hanging out with her little Terrier named Archie and trying new restaurants in Denver.
