Todd told Walt and Jesse that the living room of the house had a hidden camera before they hired their first cook.
Later on, he helped Jesse and Walt rob a train of methylamine, which was needed to make Blue Sky. Todd attempted to convince Walt of his potential by demonstrating a keen interest in the scheme. Todd listened as Walt laid out the plan for the heist, emphasizing that no one should ever be aware that the train was ever taken. Everything went according to plan for the heist until Todd was forced to jump from the top of a moving train when a kind stranger offered to move the vehicle that was obstructing the rail. Drew Sharp, a small boy, saw the three of them celebrating after they had obtained the methylamine. Todd pulled out his revolver and killed the youngster instantly.
Todd assisted Walt and Mike in submerging Drew’s motorcycle and body in hydrofluoric acid. He then made an effort to defend his actions to the group by claiming that he had shot the child just to keep them safe from being robbed. He continued to believe that killing Drew was necessary because he was a witness, seemingly unconcerned by his actions. Todd agreed to stay with Walt, Jesse, and Mike’s group, but Mike forbade him from bringing a pistol to work without first telling him about it. Later it is revealed that Todd kept Drew Sharp’s jar containing a tarantula.
Following the departure of Jesse and Mike from the team, Walt hired Todd to be his new lab assistant. Todd appeared to accept Walt’s advice to try his utmost and pay attention while he was learning how to create meth in the mobile lab. During his break, he reviewed the notes he had taken. Todd declined Walt’s money offer to stay in till he was better after the chef. Walt summoned Todd to assist dispose of Mike’s car and corpse after killing him.

He shows Jesse the encyclopedia that has been hollowed out on his desk, exposing Todd’s drug money. Todd clarifies that he killed Sonia for discovering it. He talks about his idea for a new, perfect hiding location for the money over soup. It will require some engineering. Later, Todd enlists Jesse’s assistance in burying Sonia’s body in the desert. Jesse Plemons Black Mirror
Plemons portrays Captain Robert Daly in Season 4, Episode 1: USS Callister, of the 2017 anthology television series, Black Mirror. In the film, Robert Daly is the CTO of a tech-entertainment firm by day, but at night he’s the commander of a starship exploring new worlds in his private cinematic universe, inspired by a TV show he watched as a kid.
Daly and James Walton (Jimmi Simpson), the CEO of the company, co-founded it. Infinity is a multiplayer game where players take control of a spacecraft in a virtual world. Daly is mistreated by his coworkers, who have the same appearance as Captain Daly’s crew. He is complimented on her work on Infinity by new programmer Nanette Cole (Cristin Milioti), but Walton, who is more pushy, interrupts to show her about the workplace. Daly opens a development build of Infinity that has been altered to look like his favorite television program, Space Fleet when he gets home. He berates the crew members while strangling a submissive Walton in the role of Captain Daly.
Using her DNA and a discarded coffee cup, Daly replicates Nanette’s mind within his development construct after coworker Shania Lowry (Michaela Coel) advises her to beware of him. Aboard the USS Callister, Nanette awakens to confusion and distress. They are digital replicas of employees of Callister Inc., according to Lowry. When Nanette tries to flee the ship, she gets sent back to the bridge. When she doesn’t comply with Daly’s orders, he suffocates her by removing her facial characteristics until she gives in.
The group sets out on a mission to capture Valdack while preventing his death. Following Daly’s departure, Nanette manages to get a message for assistance sent to the real Nanette through a game invitation. The actual world When Nanette questions the actual Daly about the message, he says it’s just spam. Daly enters the game to interrogate his crew and converts Lowry into a monster when she protects Nanette. After Daly leaves, Nanette notices a wormhole in the distance that she believes is an uplink to the next update from Infinity. She believes that if they fly into the wormhole, the firewall will delete them and they will perish.
Walton is extremely reluctant to assist, explaining that Daly has already impersonated his son Tommy in the game and thrown him out of an airlock as a kind of retribution against Walton. He then makes the point that Daly can simply reproduce them and punish them even more because he still has all of their DNA. The group is assured by Nanette that they will find the lollipops that contain Tommy’s DNA. Nanette persuades Daly to send her on a solo mission to Skillane IV after he returns. She runs into the surrounding lake while just wearing her panties, and Daly grudgingly swims with her, leaving the omnicorder—which gives him control over the game—behind.
The omnicorder is teleported onboard the ship by the crew, who then utilize it to see sexually suggestive pictures of Nanette from her PhotoCloud account. Using those images, they threaten to steal the DNA samples when Daly answers the door and forces the genuine Nanette to order a pizza at his apartment. Next, digital Nanette is teleported onboard the ship by the cloned crew.

Ed brings meat from a discarded order home from work. Peggy Blumquist, his wife, talks about her upcoming seminar for Lifespring over dinner because she thinks it will help her become a more “fully actualized” person. Perplexed, Ed inquires if they are already thriving. He brings up something that has been on his mind for a while: Bud’s offer to purchase the butcher shop after he retires. Ed imagines a world in which Peggy purchases the salon, he owns the store, and the two of them have a litter of kids. Just as they start talking about their attempts to become parents, there is a tremendous commotion coming from the garage.
Ed investigates in spite of Peggy’s objections. He discovers their car’s windshield broken and blood all over the hood. When Peggy “admits” to hitting a deer, Ed queries her safety. Ed is still surprised, but he doesn’t panic because he thinks the insurance will pay for the majority of the harm. Abruptly, he hears more sounds coming from the garage’s back. Ed grabs a flashlight and heads towards the disturbance, ready to confront a deer that looks to be hurt. But instead of a deer, it’s a wounded guy attempting to flee. With a knife in hand, the man turns and lunges towards Ed, and the two struggle against one other. Ed eventually gets the upper hand by stealing a gardening spade and stabbing him to death.
Having recently killed someone, Ed is obviously rattled. Ed unintentionally jolts and elbows Peggy in the face as she tries to console him. Ed attempts to reconstruct the true events, but in the end, he is persuaded to assist in covering up the murder in order to protect both of their futures. He studies Rye’s driver’s license while sitting outside the garage the following day, reflecting on what happened the night before. Ed begins having flashbacks of finding the man in his garage, and later dumping his body in a freezer. He decides to stay home from work and clean up the bloody mess.
He begins by washing the hood after brushing the shattered glass off of it. After collecting the broken glass, he cleans and brightens the floor. Ed cracks open the freezer and looks through the frozen corpse. Then he takes off Rye’s garments and sets them ablaze in the hearth before taking off and setting ablaze his own.
