Jeremy Hubbard is an American anchor working for FOX 31 as a co-anchors FOX31 Denver News at 5 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. alongside Erika Gonzalez. He joined the FOX 31 news team in 2011, after previously working for ABC NEWS.

Hubbard since returning to FOX31 in 2011, has reported from over 50 countries worldwide, covering significant events and stories. In 2021, he reported from Russia and Ukraine, and in 2020, he traveled to Kosovo to feature Colorado National Guard troops deployed in the region. His extensive reporting has taken him to various locations. Some of these locations include; Afghanistan, Vietnam, Normandy, Pearl Harbor, the Pacific Islands, North Korea, Japan, China, Indonesia, Bosnia, Israel, and the West Bank.
This marks his second tenure at FOX31 Denver, where he initially worked as the weekend anchor from 2004 to 2007. He later joined ABC News in 2007, serving as a New York-based anchor and correspondent. At ABC, he co-anchored national early-morning newscasts, “World News Now” and “America This Morning,” and reported for “Good Morning America,” “World News with Diane Sawyer,” and “Nightline.” His coverage spanned breaking news, severe weather, the economy, and politics.
He has received more than 50 Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences/Heartland Chapter, including eight Emmys for his anchoring. He has also been honored with a national Edward R. Murrow Award from RTDNA, the national Sigma Delta Chi award from the Society of Professional Journalists, and seven regional Edward R. Murrow Awards. In 2018, his coverage of veterans contributed to FOX31 winning the prestigious “Celebration of Service to America” Award from the National Association of Broadcasters.
Actively involved in the community, he serves as the President of the Board of Governors of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences/Heartland Chapter. He volunteers for organizations such as the Denver Metro Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and the advisory board of Shimmering Wings, a non-profit supporting grieving children attending Camp Erin. Additionally, he contributes his time to The Greatest Generations Foundation, a Denver-based veterans’ charity.
His began his professional journalism career began at KWCH in Wichita, KS, where he attended Wichita State University. In 2012, he and his wife established the Jeremy Hubbard and Taunia Hottman Scholarship in Communication at WSU to assist aspiring journalists in their education. He also worked as a reporter and anchor at KMBC-TV in Kansas City from 1998 to 2004.
