Jake Mintz is an American sports journalist working for FOX Sports as an MLB analyst. He joined the FOX Sports team in April 2019, after previously working for MLB Advanced Media.
Mintz received a Bachelor’s degree in History and Writing, and Islamic Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. When people ask Mintz why he chose to major in history, he responds that developing his critical thinking skills was the main thing he wanted to gain from college. He claims that studying history gives him a variety of skills that, once he graduates, he can use in a variety of fields.
