Jaclyn Allen is an American two-time Heartland Emmy award-winning anchor and reporter who is currently working at Denver7. She serves as the weekend evening anchor at 5 and 10 pm and consumer investigative reporter at the station. In addition, she joined the Denver7 team in January 2007.
Two Heartland Emmy awards were awarded to her for her anchoring and reporting. She has also been nominated for more than twenty Heartland Emmy awards, inclusive of nominations for General News Reporting, Spot News Reporting, Live Reporting, Consumer Reporting, Crime Reporting, Technology Reporting, Human Interest Reporting, and Feature Reporting.
In addition, for her news reporting and investigative reporting, she has won CABJ awards. Oklahoma is her native home and she spent most of her adult life exploring Colorado, hiking, and skiing. Furthermore, she has worked as an anchor and reporter at Sherman, Texas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
