Harry Cicma Biography

Harry Cicma is an American Emmy-winning sports anchor, reporter, and producer working for CBS4 Miami as a weekend sports anchor and reporter. He is also a former world-ranked ATP Tour Professional Tennis Player.

Before Cicma joined CBS Miami, he worked in New York City at WNBC for ten years and while he was at the station, he earned an Emmy award for his on-air reporting during Hurricane Sandy. In addition, he has also worked for NBC Providence, News 12 New Jersey, ABC Sioux City Iowa, CBS Springfield Massachusetts, and CBS Connecticut. Furthermore, he is the owner of Harry Cicma Productions LLC in which he has served as the executive producer for national TV coverage of; pickleball, pro tennis, fencing basketball, and other sports for all of the major networks.

Despite the fact that Providence, Rhode Island is his native home, he was brought up in Miami on the tennis courts where he later earned 4 Varsity Letters while he was a member of the Rutgers University Division 1 Tennis Team. In addition, Harry was ranked for four years in doubles on the ATP World Professional Tennis Tour. Serving as Emcee for Arthur Ashe Stadium at the U.S. Open is one of his most memorable honors as well as Emceeing three times at Madison Square Garden. Cicma attended Rutgers University where he graduated Cum Laude and he was inducted into the Classical High School Hall of Fame, the Greek Sports Hall of Fame, and the Prestigious Rutgers Cap and Skull Honor Society.
