Grant Pugh is an American sports director who is currently working at WTWO. He has been serving as a weekend sports anchor since 2012 and as sports, director since 2016. In addition, he joined the WTWO team in November 2010 as a sports reporter and videographer.
Prior to joining WTWO, he worked at WPSD-TV in Paducah, Kentucky where he served as a morning show producer. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2007.
In addition, while he was in college, he served as the Sports Director for the campus radio station, WUTM-FM. He also served as the play-by-by voice of the Skyhawks. Furthermore, he also interned at NewsChannel 5 in Nashville and covered the Nashville Predators, Titans. and the Tennessee Vols.
