Esther Bower is an American reporter working for FOX 35 as a weekday and weekend reporter. She joined the FOX 35 Orlando team in February 2023.
Zephyrhills, Florida is Bower’s native home, and she was brought up on farmland in Indiana. She attended Ball State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and telecommunications in 2019. She has also studied at Northwestern University where she graduated in 2021, with a Master of Science in video and broadcast journalism in 2021. In addition, she is a passionate journalist who is devoted to connecting with communities and empowering viewers.
Prior to joining FOX 35, Esther worked in Spokane, Washington. While she was in Spokane, she covered; the growing homelessness crisis on the West Coast, the sentencing for one of the first school shootings in the Inland Northwest, and the tragic story of four University of Idaho students who were murdered in their home. In addition, during her spare time, she enjoys dancing, trying new foods, running, and growing her faith.
