Emily Compagno is an American attorney, television host, author, and former NFL cheerleader. She is best known as co-host of Fox News Channel’s Outnumbered and, as of September 8, 2026, as a new full-time co-host of Fox’s top-rated show The Five.

Compagno attended the University of Washington, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While she was at the university, she was awarded the U.S. Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps’ Cadet of the Quarter Award. While she was a cheerleader with the Raiders, she got selected as an NFL ambassador and promoted NFL China in Shanghai and Beijing.
