Elle Duncan is an American sports veteran working at ESPN. She has served as the anchor of SportsCenter which is the network’s signature news and information program since May 2016. In addition, she shifted to the 6 p.m. show with Kevin Negandhi in March 2021. In addition, she hosts her own show known as The Elle Duncan Show.

Prior to serving as a sportscaster, since June 2021, she has served as the co-host of the weekly ESPN podcast First Take, Her Take with Kimberley A. Martin and Charly Arnolt. She has also made appearances on Highly Questionable whereby she was a panelist. Moreover, Elle is among a rotating group of panelists on ESPN’s afternoon program Around the Horn.
Later on, Duncan was named the co-host of ESPN’s The Undefeated of a new weekly radio program The Intersection alongside Clinton Yates in June 2020. In addition, she also worked at New England Sports Network (NESN) in Boston where she served as a host, anchor, and reporter. Earlier on, she served as the host of NESN Sports Today programs and NESN Live.
In 2014, she worked in a number of on-air positions in Atlanta on both television and radio, including; Atlanta’s NBC-TV affiliate where she worked from 2012 to 2014, and at WXIA-TV where she served as a sports anchor and reporter. In addition. she also served as a sideline reporter for a period of six years for the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and on SEC she served as a field reporter for Comcast Sports prior to also working at ACC football for a period of two years.
Her broadcasting career began at former Atlanta sports radio station 790 The Zone in 2003, where she served as an entertainment reporter. Later on, in 205, she began a seven-year career as an on-air personality with Atlanta hip-hop station V103 where she hosted a top-rated program. Furthermore, she has expanded her role as the co-host of halftime, pre-game, and post-game shows from 2010 to 2011 for the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network.
