David Rose Biography

David Rose is an American anchor and host working for FOX 13 Seattle where he serves as a weeknight anchor at 5, 6, 10, and 11 pm and as the host of The Spotlight, which is a weekly show on crime and public safety issues in Western Washington. He joined the Q13 team in July 2007. 

Rose was born and brought up in Monroe, Los Angelos. He attended Southern Methodist University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting Journalism. In 2010, he was awarded the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award. During his free time, he enjoys watching Sci-fi movies, playing golf, and supporting Special Olympics Washington, Crime Stoppers, and the Behind the Badge Foundation.
