Dan Reynolds is an American meteorologist who is currently working at WTWO. He joined the WTWO team in May 1993 and serves as the Wednesday meteorologist on Technology Matters on Live at 5.
In November 2000 he spent the entire month working at home due to an on-air dare. After he had graduated, he took a reporter’s job to get into broadcasting, and within a short time, he moved to serve as a morning news anchor and eventually as interim News Director. He also accepted the opportunity to work in the weather department.
In addition, he is a member of the National Weather Association and holder of the group’s prestigious Television Seal of Approval. He also stays current through continuing education and a strong working relationship with the National Weather Service in Indianapolis.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, The National Weather Service, and The Department of Commerce awarded him for his work in recording weather data service to the U.S. Government for 25 years. Furthermore, he is also a member of IMBd for his appearance in the movie “Vanished.”
