Cory Chalmers Biography

Cory Chalmers is an American Television personality and CEO of Steri-Clean Inc. He is known for being a cast on the reality television show; Hoarders which airs on A&E.

Cory Chalmers Career

Chalmers founded the San Bernardino County Hoarding Task Force to fill a void within the county. There are government bodies, private groups, and members of the public who work together on the Hoarding Task Force. They meet once a month to help find better ways to handle hoarding cases. This group doesn’t work on individual cases in the county. Instead, they talk about current and past cases to figure out how to handle them better. The Task Force also plans hoarding conferences every year to help teach the public and anyone who works with hoarding cases.

Chalmers set up a free online group every week to help people who are hoarding or who are touched by it. People can finally get the help and support they need from this secret support group without even leaving their homes. On their website, the support group meets every Sunday at 5 p.m. Making new friends and getting to know people who won’t judge you is a big part of dealing with this problem.

Chalmers also started Happy Hoardidays to help hoarders who couldn’t otherwise afford cleaning services. The show’s goal is to give two families in California a memorable holiday by taking away all of their clutter and making their homes safe and useful just in time for family events. Donations and volunteers are always welcome.

Chalmers founded Crime Scene Steri-Clean, LLC in 1995 and is now the CEO. Crime Scene Steri-Clean goes to hundreds of biohazard, trauma, and death scenes across California to make the area safe again and protect the victims’ families from more stress. Chalmers is the owner of Hoarders.com which is a franchise that helps people with hoarding problems and is owned by Steri-Clean Inc. There aren’t any more caring and well-trained people in the country who can help with anything from mild clutter to serious hoarding.

With 26 years of experience, Steri-Clean Inc. is the most trusted and experienced hoarding cleanup business in the country. There isn’t a better company to help than the one that has done over 40,000 safe cleanings and helped over 200 million people. A&E’s hit show “Hoarders” often features owner Cory Chalmers as an expert. He is also the chair of the San Bernardino County Hoarding Task Force and a part of several other county hoarding task forces. His website, www.HoardingCleanup.com, has an online hoarding support group that meets every Sunday. He also helps hoarders over the phone for free, no matter where they are in the country.
